Have you ever imagined your artwork appearing on products as you walk on by - making someones day a little brighter? ... Perhaps a family making memories at the beach? A couple frolicking in a field? Or friends picnicking in the park? 

Now’s your chance! We know we have an incredibly creative community of budding artists and designers - and we want you to join us in designing our next picnic mat!

Submissions open on 1st February and will be showcased in our digital exhibition for all to see, so share with your artist friends and get submitting!

Our latest artist collaboration will provide artists and designers from around the globe the chance to have their design featured in our picnic mat range, in addition to winning an incredible The Young Folk Collective prize pack!

The prizes:

The winner will be chosen by The Young Folk Collective, with help from the public.

As the winner you will receive:
  • A cash prize of $500 AUD.
  • A picnic mat to enjoy featuring your very own design.
  • Your design featured in our picnic mat range reaching customers from all over the world!
  • Your work and profile featured in promotions across The Young Folk Collective's marketing channels, including your work promoted to our following of over 65k people.

    The Nitty Gritty...

    To enter this Competition, you must:

    a) Submit your artwork via a digital file to hello@theyoungfolkcollective.com.au by the closing date.
    b) Follow @theyoungfolkcollective Instagram profile.
    c) Be any age, from anywhere in the world!
    d) Submit a maximum of three (3) pieces of artwork.
    e) Artwork must be the original work of the entrant.
    f) Artwork must be unique to The Young Folk Collective ie: not used prior and/or in future by any other person/s or business/es
    g) The winner acknowledges by entering, the winner gives permission for The Young Folk Collective to own the artwork for exclusive use.
    h) There is no limit to the number of colours or techniques used in submissions.
    i) No offensive themes will be accepted.
    j) The artwork may be manipulated to some extent to suit the repeating pattern style manufacturing of the product/s.
